Komentāru moderēšana

Komentāru autori - lūdzu mieru - komentāri tūlīt būs. :)

Hi, Ina!

How are things in Innsbruck?

I intend to add more Latvian content to the blog - and can't promise there'll be translation present every time (you know how it is to maintain a weblog, don't you?). Have to see if I can add some pictures to blog posts - those don't need translation, do they?

P.S. We can teach you some Latvian. ;-)

By the way - I see you have spawned at least two blogs - personal and professional. I wonder does it make sense to separate Latvian and English blogs. Though I'd prefer to keep blog identity as one integrated thing.

Any suggestions? (And I'll always be glad to hear suggestions how to make this site more enjoyable, readable, et cetera...)

About the translation:
Comment authors - some patience please - comments will appear right away. :)

In the text below I tell that all comments are being moderated and that's why you don't see your comments appear at once. It's enough to submit comment once and they'll appear later on.

Next thing - that amount of spam has decreased after installing b2evo 0.9.1 and I might remove moderation. But spamers are adapting and I am starting to get some occasional spam anyway now.

... and previous Latvian blog post was about a well known Latvian blogger who changed his blog to WordPress. Before he had a self-made blog engine and generally it was better and more useable than WP default installation. But he is improving it as the time goes.

See laacz.lv (translation of his nickname might have some resemblance with 'bear' or 'little bear')

Thanks Uldis.

Things are good Uldis and enjoying my stay very much here.

Yes I thought it made sense to separate my blog both professionally and personally I also collaborate with Juan and Matteo on another blog called Techie Talk.

I was receiving quite a lot of spam myself on my own blog so I switched on word verification but I still get the odd one.The Spam is starting to become a real pain.

More pictures = more fun
A picture can say a thousand words isnt that what they say afterall.

Maybe I should move to Wordpress from Blogspot what do you think?
Any suggestions?
